30-day returns

We accept return requests for any reason within 30 days after you receive the item. Email contact@slingshot-store.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions before you post the goods. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage.

Problems with an item

If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order number and an explanation. A photo can help us resolve the issue but is not required to exercise your legal rights. We will explain the appropriate remedy and return arrangements, and cover return postage where required by applicable law. Australian Consumer Law guarantees may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is processed. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Our voluntary returns offer does not restrict any statutory consumer rights.
